Multifaith Engagement

At Har Zion, we know that forming meaningful connections with our neighbors of different religious backgrounds is a beautiful opportunity and an imperative. Operating from the Jewish teaching of betzelem Elohim, that we are all created in the image of God, we know that every one of us contains holiness and is deserving of understanding and respect. In line with this principle, we launched our Multifaith Engagement program in 2019 in order to build stronger relationships in our community.

Through this work, we are committed to growing in our connections to our neighbors, and to supporting multifaith families at Har Zion and in the wider area. Since 2019 we have hosted a number of live and virtual events, educational programs, small discussion groups, recorded educational videos, and more. To learn more about what we do, take a look below! Also be sure to join our Facebook group, Har Zion Temple Multifaith Engagement.
