Established by the Fishman family in honor of Samuel Fishman, The Fishman Institute For Adult Jewish Learning is dedicated to providing adult members of the congregation with the skills and knowledge that will allow them to assume a meaningful role in the religious life of the synagogue and to incorporate Jewish values and teachings into their daily lives.
The Fishman Institute for Adult Jewish Learning presents a meaningful array of programs, diverse in both format and content, which focus on making Judaism relevant to contemporary life. Among the programs that The Fishman Institute sponsors are:

Scholar-in-Residence Weekends
Weekends of study dedicated to a single topic presented by guest scholars.
Rosh Hodesh Luncheon
An opportunity to share Shabbat lunch and study with the Rabbi following services on the first Shabbat of each Hebrew month.
Parashat Hashavuah Study Session
A lay-led discussion of the Torah portion following Shabbat services.

Another opportunity to study with the Rabbi at breakfast following each Wednesday morning Minyan.
